Al Rajhi Bank and Uber have announced a strategic partnership to connect digital banking services with mobility solutions for customers across Saudi Arabia. The collaboration introduces integrated perks designed to link everyday transportation with financial loyalty benefits.

Under the terms of the agreement, eligible bank customers will receive a complimentary three-month Uber One membership. This subscription provides access to savings and exclusive perks on eligible rides, with the formal rollout scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2026.

The initiative combines the extensive customer reach of the financial institution with the mobility network operated by the ride-hailing company. Furthermore, this move supports the bank’s strategy to deliver value that extends beyond conventional banking products.

Customers holding the Uber One membership will also retain access to select perks while traveling internationally to destinations where the subscription service operates. In addition, the partnership reflects broader digital shifts across the local fintech market.

“Our partnership with Uber marks a new step in developing an integrated ecosystem of benefits and services that responds to our customers’ everyday needs. Through this partnership, we aim to connect our banking and digital solutions with experiences that deliver meaningful value to customers, while strengthening our loyalty ecosystem through strategic partnerships with leading global brands.”

Future Payment and Financial Initiatives

The current launch represents the first stage of a multi-phase alliance between both organizations. In subsequent phases, both entities plan to design new initiatives and explore joint payment solutions alongside mobility-linked financial services.

Moreover, these planned updates will seek to integrate transaction processing directly into transportation workflows across the Kingdom. As a result, Al Rajhi Bank and Uber will continue testing new features to serve their combined user base in upcoming quarters.
