DataFlow Services has announced a partnership to provide accredited CPD courses across the Gulf Cooperation Council through its TrueProfile.io platform. Under a memorandum of understanding with Ireland-based digital education provider MediLearning International, the initiative aims to expand continuing professional development and continuing medical education for regional medical practitioners.

Distribution of Accredited CPD Courses Across the Region

MediLearning will supply an initial catalog of at least 70 courses accredited by the Dubai Health Authority. These offerings target doctors, dentists, nurses, and pharmacists practicing in Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Oman. In addition, the training modules integrate directly into credential verification workflows on the marketplace.

Medical licensing authorities across the GCC require practitioners to earn regular credits to maintain active practice licenses. However, regional regulatory frameworks currently permit only about 30% of mandatory credits to be completed via online platforms. Furthermore, healthcare professionals often struggle to find unified platforms that deliver comprehensive accredited content.

Closing the Medical Licensing Compliance Gap

The collaboration links credential verification directly with continuing education modules to assist professionals in maintaining active credentials. Practitioners can fulfill licensing requirements while tracking compliance progress within the same interface. Meanwhile, the initiative expands education access across regional healthcare institutions.

“This partnership reflects DataFlow’s strategy to move beyond verification and become the platform HCPs rely on for their entire compliance lifecycle, not just the point-in-time check. Solving the CPD access gap is a clear example of that: it’s a real need for the region’s workforce, and closing it strengthens the value TrueProfile delivers to both HCPs and the healthcare employers who depend on a compliant, licensed workforce,”

Institutional Visibility and Workforce Standards

The structured delivery of accredited CPD courses enables hospitals and clinical employers to monitor staff qualifications with higher clarity. Healthcare providers use these digital verification systems within the growing health tech sector to streamline regulatory reporting. Consequently, organizations can maintain workforce compliance standards across multiple Gulf jurisdictions.

“Through our MOU with DataFlow, HCPs on TrueProfile.io can now complete DHA-accredited CPD courses through MediLearning as a core part of their licensing process. This partnership closes the gap between learning and licensing and gives hospitals sharper visibility into workforce compliance,”

Graham Cooke, Founder and CEO of MediLearning

Expansion Plans for the Regional Medical Catalog

DataFlow and MediLearning intend to expand the digital catalog to more than 170 accredited CPD courses over the next six months. The entities will formalize the arrangement through a binding services agreement in the near future. This planned expansion supports the broader economy by modernizing compliance infrastructure for healthcare personnel across the Middle East.
