The Saudi government platform Etmad secured second place in the 2026 Digital Experience Maturity Index. According to a report by SPA (Arabic), the platform advanced two positions compared to its 2025 ranking. This evaluation, conducted by the Digital Government Authority, assessed 59 government platforms.
Performance in Digital Experience Maturity
Etmad achieved an overall score of 94.36% in the Digital Experience Maturity evaluation, placing it at the advanced level. Specifically, the platform ranked first in the digital inclusion sub-indicator with a score of 90.40%. This specific metric measures the design of services that accommodate the needs of elderly users and people with disabilities.

Furthermore, the platform secured the top position in the complaint handling index, scoring 98.15%. In the technologies and tools category, it achieved second place with a score of 97.22%. Meanwhile, the platform ranked third in user experience, scoring 94.59% in this category.
Strategic Government Integration
The Chief Executive Officer of the National Center for Government Resources Systems, Eng. Youssef bin Abdulrahman Al-Harqan, stated that this ranking reflects the center’s commitment. As a result, the progress is the result of cumulative work focused on the beneficiary.
Al-Harqan also noted that the platform serves as a digital umbrella supporting government entities. It provides services covering financial, human resources, procurement, and supply chain sectors.
