The HeyBreez seed round has closed with $2.5 million in funding led by Lunara Partners to expand its operational voice technology platform. The investment round also included participation from Jabbar Group, DASH Ventures, and strategic angel investors. This capital injection follows operational growth as the company processes more than one million calls each month.
Allocation of the HeyBreez seed round Capital
Proceeds from the HeyBreez seed round will support platform infrastructure development and expand sales teams across multiple regions. Specifically, the company targets growth in the Americas, Europe, Asia-Pacific, and the Middle East. The expansion aims to address rising demand for operational automation across corporate communication channels.
Voice technology solutions require complex operational logic to handle enterprise tasks effectively. While basic models can generate speech, managing retries, callbacks, telephony routing, and integrations remains a technical challenge. HeyBreez addresses these requirements at the operational software layer to help companies manage large call volumes reliably.
Operational Infrastructure and Market Traction
Founded in 2025 and headquartered in Delaware with offices in Amman and Dubai, HeyBreez manages voice workflows for various clients. The platform currently processes over one million calls monthly, with individual campaign dialing reaching 10,000 calls per day. Its architecture serves enterprise clients, agency resellers, developers, and regional artificial intelligence providers.
“Everyone in this market helped companies make the call. No one helped them run the operation behind it. That is the hard part, and what we built for from day one. This round lets us put HeyBreez in front of all the teams needing it and asking for it. We have a proven product, several different customer types, we’re logging over a million calls a month already, and there is much more to come.”
Karim Malhas, Founder and CEO of HeyBreez
Strategic Partnerships and Regional Expansion
The company has established partnerships with integration providers such as Arabic.ai and Xaia to distribute its technology. These partners resell the software across their client networks in banking, healthcare, logistics, and hospitality. Consequently, these collaborations allow HeyBreez to enter new sectors without building distribution networks from scratch within the regional economy.
Furthermore, the platform aligns with sovereign cloud requirements and data residency regulations in the GCC region. Said Murad, Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Lunara Partners, stated that solving retries, callbacks, and governance is critical for voice agents in production. Murad added that the multi-channel commercial model positions the company to expand across global markets while supporting Arabic-language voice automation.
Platform Architecture and Industry Applications
HeyBreez continues to support multi-language voice workloads across industries that rely heavily on voice telecom networks. Following the completion of the HeyBreez seed round, the company plans to enhance its integration capabilities with third-party software systems. This deployment model ensures that voice automation functions consistently across customer service and sales operations.
