Hisense UAE expansion accelerates with the opening of two new locations in Dubai to strengthen its market presence in the Emirates. The company launched a brand showroom in Bur Dubai in partnership with Avatar Trading, along with a dedicated Care Hub and showroom near Dubai Airport on May 12, 2026.
The Bur Dubai showroom displays Hisense’s current product range, including large-screen MiniLED televisions with AI capabilities, PureView and PureFlat refrigerators, washing machines, dishwashers, small kitchen appliances, and air conditioning units. The showroom also features the ConnectLife platform, which enables consumers to experience connected products across multiple categories.
Strategic Investment in Customer Experience
The Care Hub near Dubai Airport focuses on after-sales services and customer support. The facility combines a modern showroom environment with dedicated service capabilities, allowing customers to access both product demonstrations and technical assistance in a single location.
Ashish Kapur, Managing Director of Avatar Trading, said the new showroom in Bur Dubai provides customers with hands-on access to Hisense innovations while addressing growing demand for premium consumer electronics and home appliances in the UAE market.
Regional Growth and Market Position
Jason Ou, President of Hisense Middle East, Africa, and India, emphasized the strategic importance of the UAE market to the company’s regional expansion. He stated that the UAE remains a key market and that these openings reflect the company’s commitment to strengthening accessibility and presence across the country.
The two new locations represent Hisense’s broader strategy to expand both product accessibility and after-sales capabilities in the region. According to Omdia data, Hisense ranks first globally in the 100-inch and over television segment for the period 2023 to 2025. The company also holds the position of official sponsor of the FIFA World Cup 2026.
Product Range and Technology Integration
The expanded retail presence allows consumers to experience Hisense’s full product ecosystem in the UAE. The showrooms highlight the company’s smart device offerings and home entertainment solutions, with emphasis on integrated living through the ConnectLife platform. This integration connects televisions, refrigerators, washing machines, and air conditioning systems into a unified smart home experience.
Hisense, founded in 1969, operates in over 160 countries globally. The company specializes in multimedia products, home appliances, and IT solutions. Beyond the UAE market, Hisense continues to develop artificial intelligence capabilities within its consumer products and has invested in RGB MiniLED display technology for premium televisions.
Future Market Outlook
The opening of both locations signals Hisense’s confidence in long-term growth potential within the UAE market. The company plans to leverage its partnership with Avatar Trading and the new Care Hub infrastructure to deliver enhanced customer experiences. This expansion aligns with broader industry trends toward omnichannel retail strategies that combine physical showrooms with dedicated after-sales support facilities.
