Najm and Solera have entered into a strategic agreement to deploy advanced motor claims solutions across Saudi Arabia, introducing artificial intelligence to automate vehicle accident management nationwide.

Under the agreement, Najm will integrate Solera’s Qapter and Intelligent Estimating technologies into its national platform. The rollout aims to provide insurance providers with faster assessments, standardized repair estimates, and consistent processing times, according to FF News.

Integration of Automated Motor Claims Solutions

The partnership combines Najm’s nationwide network with Solera’s automotive data systems to upgrade the accident handling workflow. Consequently, insurers operating in the Kingdom will access automated damage appraisal tools that connect directly to repair facilities.

These integrated motor claims solutions will evaluate vehicle damage through computer vision models, which process submitted photos to estimate repair costs accurately. Furthermore, the system helps reduce operational overhead while supporting strict regulatory compliance in the regional automotive sector.

Global Circularity Consortium Membership

As part of the agreement, Najm will join Solera’s Global Circularity Consortium (GCC). This initiative connects the Saudi insurance market with an international network of repair shops, vehicle manufacturers, academic institutions, and technology providers.

Participation in the consortium allows Najm to exchange technical data regarding sustainable vehicle repair practices, circular economy initiatives, and fleet efficiency. In addition, it connects Saudi accident management workflows to global benchmarks in data-driven artificial intelligence applications.

Executive Perspectives on the Collaboration

Executive leadership highlighted the role of technology integration in supporting broad industry modernization goals under Saudi Vision 2030.

“By combining our experience and national reach with Solera’s global technology, data and AI capabilities, we can help create a more connected, intelligent and efficient claims ecosystem while supporting the Kingdom’s broader ambitions under Vision 2030.”

Salman Al-Suhaibani, Chief Business & Operations Officer, Najm

Solera representatives noted that the initiative expands their presence across regional markets while helping local firms scale their digital tools.

“Our partnership with Najm represents an important milestone in Solera’s Middle East growth strategy. Saudi Arabia is one of the region’s most dynamic insurance markets, and this collaboration enables us to support insurers as they continue their digital transformation while strengthening our presence across the wider Middle East.”

Fernando Pernigo, Regional Vice President, Solera
