Nammos Resort AMAALA officially opened along the shores of Triple Bay on the northwestern coast of Saudi Arabia. Developed by Red Sea Global, the property marks the first hotel resort globally for the Nammos brand. The project adds 110 guest rooms and 20 branded residences to the expanding luxury and wellness destination.
Designed by the architectural firm Foster + Partners, the development integrates coastal views across the Red Sea and Dumega Bay. Architectural elements draw inspiration from the Cyclades islands alongside regional Saudi coastal heritage, focusing on privacy and open spaces. The development represents the sixth operational resort within the broader master development.
Nammos Resort AMAALA Island and Wellness Amenities
The signature Nammos Beach Club is situated on a dedicated island accessible via an exclusive boardwalk or private marine jetty. The club offers Mediterranean-inspired dining alongside panoramic views of the water. Furthermore, the property introduces the Nammos Spa facility, which provides wellness treatments such as evening sound therapy, skin health programs, and group wellness sessions.
Guests at the resort also have access to regional activities across the destination, including sailing excursions, marine expeditions, equestrian trails, and the Blu Kids Club for family activities. The project supports broader national initiatives in tourism and hospitality infrastructure under the Kingdom’s economic development plans.
Residential Units and Ownership Options
The property includes Nammos Residences AMAALA, a collection of 20 private units overlooking the local marina. The residential portfolio offers one, two, and three-bedroom apartments, alongside a three-bedroom penthouse. Each unit features private terraces with sea views and is managed directly by Nammos Hotels & Resorts.

Expansion Plans for Red Sea Global
AMAALA welcomed its first guests earlier in 2026, with plans to eventually feature over 1,600 hotel rooms across nine separate resorts. Over the coming months, three additional resorts will open alongside retail areas, dining venues, and the Corallium Marine Life Institute. The overall project forms a central part of the Public Investment Fund portfolio designed to advance the economy through diversified sectors.
Red Sea Global continues to expand its broader footprint, which also includes The Red Sea destination and the Thuwal Private Retreat. Additionally, the company oversees development works at AlWajh International Airport to upgrade regional transport access and support increased visitor capacity.
Future Outlook for Triple Bay
As construction advances across Triple Bay, the introduction of international hospitality brands is scheduled to continue. The development of specialized facilities, such as the AMAALA Yacht Club, aims to establish the area as a global maritime hub. Consequently, the operational opening of Nammos Resort AMAALA signals a major step in completing the destination’s primary hospitality network.
