Red Sea Global has officially released its second in-house music album, titled Red Sea Waves Vol. 2, to streaming platforms worldwide. The album, produced by Red Sea Studios, aims to connect Saudi musical heritage with contemporary production styles. Consequently, the release represents the latest creative project from the developer’s media and creative production arm.
The new record features traditional Saudi instruments and rhythms combined with global production and arrangement techniques. Specifically, the tracks were crafted in-house to reflect the cultural and natural characteristics of the Red Sea coast. Listeners can access the compilation on Spotify, YouTube Music, Apple Music, and Anghami starting today.

Alzanbagi also stated that music at the destination is not merely background but serves as a language to tell the story of the culture. Furthermore, the developer plans to embed the music directly into the visitor experience.
Integration Across the Destination
The tracks from the Red Sea Waves album will play across all electric vehicles operating within the destination. Meanwhile, the music will also play at various venues to establish a distinct auditory identity for arriving visitors. This integration aligns with the company’s broader strategy to utilize sustainable transport solutions, including electric vehicles, across its properties.
Expansion of Hospitality Infrastructure
The release coincides with the ongoing expansion of the destination along the western coast of Saudi Arabia. Since welcoming its first guests in 2023, the site now features 11 operating hotels. Notably, these include Miraval The Red Sea, which is the brand’s first property outside the United States, and the Four Seasons Resort and Residences Red Sea.
In addition, six further resorts are scheduled to open on Shura Island in the coming months. Shura Island serves as the central hub of the development. These additions will significantly increase the hospitality capacity of the economy and tourism project.
Sustainable Development and Connectivity
The destination operates entirely on renewable energy around the clock, establishing a benchmark for sustainable tourism. Moreover, the site is connected via The Red Sea International Airport, which receives direct flights from Dubai, Doha, and Milan, alongside domestic services from Riyadh and Jeddah. Red Sea Global, backed by the Public Investment Fund, also reopened Al Wajh Airport in May 2026 following terminal upgrades.
