Etihad Salam Telecom Company and Dell Technologies signed an agreement to expand cloud infrastructure and Edge AI capabilities across Saudi Arabia. The Memorandum of Understanding was completed during the LEAP 2026 technology conference in Riyadh. Eng. Ahmed Al-Anqari, Chief Executive Officer of Salam, and Mohamed Talaat, Vice President at Dell Technologies, finalized the partnership.
Expanding Cloud Infrastructure in Saudi Arabia
The agreement establishes a joint framework between both entities. Under this framework, Salam will integrate Dell hardware and software into its enterprise service portfolio. This integration provides businesses across the Kingdom with flexible access to scalable compute power and localized processing systems.
Furthermore, the collaboration aims to provide end users with greater operational flexibility and predictable economics. Saudi enterprises can access modern telecom and computing services through consumption-based delivery models.
