Dr. Al-Jawhara Al-Dubaikhi, General Supervisor of Partnerships and International Cooperation, signed for the Saudi Electronic University, while Dr. Sherif Areguan, Associate Associate Dean for Academic Affairs and Global Engagement, signed for George Mason University.
