The compact unit integrates three separate cooling methods into a single handheld and wearable format, targeting consumers who require active temperature management while traveling, exercising, or working outdoors.
The product release expands the availability of consumer smart devices built specifically for regional climate demands across the Kingdom. In addition, the device is engineered to deliver targeted physical cooling rather than solely circulating surrounding ambient air.
Three Functions of the Shark ChillPill
The Shark ChillPill combines three distinct cooling technologies into a single compact unit. First, a built-in high-speed fan delivers airflow speeds reaching up to 7.5 meters per second at maximum output settings. Second, an evaporative mist function releases fine moisture to cool the skin surface without causing saturation, offering continuous or interval spray settings.
Third, an integrated InstaChill contact plate applies direct conduction cooling to the body. Consequently, this contact point can lower local skin temperature by up to 9 degrees Celsius under controlled test conditions, providing rapid relief when placed against the neck area.
Battery Life and Performance Metrics
Power management is supported by an internal rechargeable battery that provides up to 11 hours of continuous operation on the lowest fan setting. Furthermore, the system includes multiple speed adjustments, ranging up to ten fan intensity levels for high-heat environments.
