Executive Centre KAFD 2.08 opened as a new flexible workspace facility in King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD) in Riyadh on May 6, 2026. The standalone building spans approximately 9,500 square meters across five floors, complementing the company’s existing KAFD 3.09 center that launched in August 2025.
The facility marks a significant expansion for Executive Centre in the Middle East and demonstrates the company’s commitment to supporting Saudi Vision 2030 through modern, technology-enabled workspaces. The company now occupies the entire five-story building, with multiple floors dedicated to flexible and premium office solutions. Each floor features distinct environments, ranging from collaborative work zones to focused areas and wellness facilities.
