Hajj contact points have been activated by the Hadiya Association to assist pilgrims during the current pilgrimage season. Specifically, the association deployed 170 technical and field stations across the holy sites on May 25, 2026. This initiative aims to improve the overall experience of pilgrims and speed up service delivery.
Distribution Centers in Holy Sites
Meanwhile, the operational plan includes 70 model charitable distribution centers established in partnership with Kidana Development Company. In addition, the General Authority for Awqaf and the Suqia Charitable Foundation supported these centers. These facilities organize charitable distribution work to ensure efficient service delivery to pilgrims. This collaborative effort helps standardize the distribution of essential supplies across the holy sites.
Managing Hajj Contact Points
The management of these Hajj contact points relies on collaboration with multiple local authorities. Turki Al-Hatirshi, the chief executive officer of the association, stated that the projects focus on modernizing field operations. Consequently, the association aims to align its services with national development goals.
Nusuk Inayah Plus Initiative
Furthermore, the association is executing the Nusuk Inayah Plus project under the direct supervision of the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah. This project operates through 100 service points located specifically in Arafat and Muzdalifah. Notably, these stations provide spatial guidance and direct care to pilgrims during their journey. The staff at these points assist visitors with navigation and immediate support needs.
Digital Transformation in Pilgrimage Services
Additionally, the introduction of self-service points represents a shift toward digital solutions. The association adopted these models to support the ongoing digital transformation in the region. As a result, pilgrims can access services independently through these automated stations.
Historically, the holy sites require extensive coordination to manage the large influx of visitors. The integration of smart devices and digital platforms helps streamline these operations. Therefore, the association continues to update its infrastructure to meet the growing demands of the annual pilgrimage. These updates ensure that services remain accessible to all attendees.
Ultimately, the deployment of these Hajj contact points reflects the growing integration of technology in seasonal services. By combining field efforts with technical solutions, the association seeks to maintain high standards of care. Therefore, these measures will continue to support pilgrims throughout the annual pilgrimage.
