The company opened its Riyadh office in the Al Olaya business district in 2024 to support local enterprise needs. Recent research by Nintex involving more than 500 Saudi organisations reveals that 63 percent plan to adopt formal automation within the next seven to twelve months. In addition, 62 percent of respondents noted that combining machine learning models with automated workflows delivers superior business outcomes.
Furthermore, 86 percent of surveyed Saudi executives identified process automation as a necessary initial step before deploying artificial intelligence tools effectively. The findings indicate that operational challenges typically occur at the workflow stage, where systems, enterprise data, and governance policies interact daily.

The system complies with technical standards established by the National Cybersecurity Authority and the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority. As a result, businesses retain the ability to select specific machine learning models, including the homegrown Arabic ALLaM model developed by HUMAIN, while maintaining strict cybersecurity compliance.
