Panasonic Middle East & Africa has aligned its regional partners under a unified customer service strategy during its annual conference. The virtual forum brought together representatives from the regional headquarters, business partners, and the global customer service division. Consequently, the participants reviewed the performance of the previous fiscal year and established priorities for the upcoming period.
Reviewing Regional Performance
During the event, the company evaluated the after-sales service standards across the Middle East and Africa. Specifically, the discussions focused on addressing regional challenges and improving the delivery of technical support to end users. Meanwhile, the participants analyzed the current service environment to identify areas for operational improvement.
Digital Integration Standards
A major component of the conference was the STAR Service Competition and Performance Awards. This year, the evaluation criteria became more stringent by focusing heavily on digital transformation initiatives. As a result of these elevated standards, the evaluation committee presented only Bronze Awards to the top-performing partners.
The recipients of the FY25 STAR Awards included Ghamdan Trading Company from Qatar and Oman Marketing and Services Company from Oman. In addition, Modern Electronics Company Limited represented the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as a primary award recipient. These business partners demonstrated successful system integrations and service enhancements for smart devices.
Customer Service Strategy Alignment
The company emphasized that local partners remain central to executing its customer service strategy across diverse markets. Anthony Peter, Director of the Customer and Product Solutions Division at Panasonic Middle East & Africa, commented on the updated evaluation standards. He stated that the enhanced criteria focus on digital integration and operational excellence to raise service standards.
“Our business partners are at the heart of Panasonic’s customer experience, directly shaping the service journey of our end customers. With enhanced evaluation criteria focused on digital integration and operational excellence, we continue to raise service standards across our network.”
