The newly expanded Infobip Digitas partnership aims to deliver advanced cloud communications and marketing transformation services to global brands. Infobip, a cloud communications platform, and Digitas Middle East, the marketing transformation division of Publicis Groupe, finalized this agreement on June 24, 2026. The collaboration initially targets businesses across the Middle East, North Africa, and Asia-Pacific regions.
Under this agreement, the two entities will establish a joint service practice centered on the AgentOS platform. This initiative combines the communications infrastructure of Infobip with the data and customer experience strategies of Publicis Groupe. Consequently, enterprises can access unified marketing personalization and real-time messaging services.
Details of the Infobip Digitas partnership
The Infobip Digitas partnership addresses a critical demand for integrated customer engagement solutions. According to a 2025 survey by Forrester, 88% of enterprise decision-makers at the director level and above are adopting or planning to adopt artificial intelligence agents. Therefore, this collaboration provides the necessary infrastructure to deploy these digital agents at scale.
“Through the partnership, Digitas ME will build a dedicated practice of certified Infobip specialists, embed Infobip AgentOS capabilities into client engagement programs, and co-develop go-to-market solutions that combine Publicis’ data and creative capabilities with Infobip’s real-time communications and AI platform.”
Kareem Monem, CEO of Digitas Middle East & Turkey
Zeid Shubailat, Sales Director for MENA at Infobip, said that the collaboration highlights the power of partnership between technology and creativity. Meanwhile, companies can use these tools to manage customer interactions across multiple digital channels.
Integration of Technology and Strategy
In addition, the joint practice will co-develop go-to-market solutions. These solutions will combine the creative capabilities of Publicis with real-time communications. This integration helps businesses overcome the traditional complexities of consumer communications.
Expanding Digital Engagement
The deployment of these services relies heavily on modern telecommunications networks and cloud infrastructure. Infobip currently maintains connections to over 10,000 networks globally, including 800 direct operator connections. As a result, the platform can reach more than seven billion mobile devices across six continents. This scale allows global brands to execute real-time campaigns efficiently.
Future Outlook for Enterprise Messaging
Looking ahead, both companies plan to accelerate the adoption of artificial intelligence in customer service. The Infobip Digitas partnership will continue to expand its services to other global markets following the initial rollout. Ultimately, this strategic alliance aims to help enterprises achieve measurable business growth through automated, personalized communication.
